A Revealing Look Behind the Scenes of America's Favorite TV Quiz Show: Contestant and Question Selection Process Unveiled

by Harry Eisenberg, Emmy-Winning Editorial Associate Producer

An eye-opening look at America's all-time second highest-rated syndicated television series, from the pen of the show's former Emmy-Winning Editorial Associate Producer. It answers hundreds of questions curious fans want to know.

JEOPARDY! has a core viewership of 18 - 22 million in the U.S. and Canada. The show has a "cult" following and these fact-loving brainiacs will get more than their daily trivia fix with this exposé.

Eisenberg made headlines, including stories in TV Guide, People, National Enquirer and TIME magazine, by going public with some strong allegations about the operations and management of Merv Griffin, Alex Trebek and JEOPARDY!.

The book offers a first-hand tour into the world of quiz shows, television and Hollywood. Eisenberg adds: "For those who have never been there, the behind-the-scenes world of television can be quite fascinating. This book represents a first-time attempt to tell it like it is, as seen in terms of JEOPARDY!"

Courtesy of JEOPARDY!, a special chapter features facts about the show and expanded biographies of the people instrumental in its success: host Alex Trebek and creator Merv Griffin.
